เครื่องวัดสารแขวนลอย

วิธีการทำความสะอาดและการปรับคาลิเบรทเครื่องอย่างถูกต้อง
ใส่เซนเซอร์ในแก้วบีกเกอร์ ทำความสะอาดเซนเซอร์ด้วยน้ำสะอาด ใช้แปรงทำความสะอาดเบาๆ
ทำการคาลิเบรทเครื่องด้วยน้ำสะอาด (น้ำสะอาดมีปริมาณสารแขวนลอย MLSS เท่ากับ 0 mg/L)
ใส่เซนเซอร์ลงในขวดสำหรับคาลิเบรท (อุปกรณ์มาตรฐาน) เป็นขวดที่ออกแบบมาพิเศษ ข้างในต้องมืดสนิท กดปุ่ม CAL เพื่อคาลิเบรทให้เป็น 0 mg/L
หลักการทำงานของเซนเซอร์วัดสารแขวนลอย
เซนเซอร์วัดสารแขวนลอยเป็นแบบ Optical Sensor ใช้หลักการของแสง โดยเครื่องจะปล่อยแสงจากด้านหนึ่งงเป็นยังตัวรับซึ่งอยู่อีกด้านหนึ่งและคำนวณปริมาณสารแขวนลอยจากแสงที่ส่งผ่านไปได้
