เครื่องวัดความชื้นแบบไม่ใช้เข็มนี้ถูกออกแบบมาเพื่อวัดความชื้นของไม้โดยไม่ทำลายผิววัสดุ ด้วยเทคโนโลยีเหนี่ยวนำความถี่สูง (High-frequency Induction) จึงให้ผลการวัดที่รวดเร็ว แม่นยำ สามารถวัดความชื้นในไม้ได้ในช่วง 0-50% พร้อมรองรับอุณหภูมิการใช้งานตั้งแต่ 0-50℃ โดยมีระบบปรับอุณหภูมิอัตโนมัติ เพื่อให้ผลการวัดคงที่แม่นยำในทุกสภาพแวดล้อม
ผู้ใช้งานสามารถเลือกความหนาแน่นของไม้ได้ 8 ชนิด และตั้งค่าการเตือนเมื่อความชื้นเกินค่าที่กำหนด เพื่อป้องกันความเสียหายต่อไม้หรือผลิตภัณฑ์ไม้ มาพร้อมกับฟังก์ชันบันทึกและแสดงผลข้อมูลบนหน้าจอ ใช้วงจรไมโครโปรเซสเซอร์ เพิ่มความแม่นยำในการวัดและรองรับฟังก์ชันพิเศษต่าง ๆ ใช้พลังงานจากแบตเตอรี่ DC 9V (006P, MN1604) พร้อมไฟแจ้งเตือนแบตเตอรี่ต่ำ และตัวเครื่องทำจากวัสดุ ABS แข็งแรงทนทาน ป้องกันแรงกระแทก เหมาะสำหรับการใช้งานทั้งในโรงงานผลิตเฟอร์นิเจอร์ งานก่อสร้าง หรือการตรวจสอบไม้เพื่อเก็บรักษา
